Cancellation policy

We offer two different booking options:

Flexible rate: This can be cancelled free of charge in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.

Non-refundable rate: This is cheaper, as it is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show.

We know that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly, and we naturally understand this. However, in the interests of fairness towards all guests and to uphold our fixed pricing policy, we adhere to the rate selected at the time of booking and the associated cancellation policy.

We therefore ask for your understanding that we cannot make any exceptions to the agreed cancellation policy.
