No Smoking Smoking is not permitted in any of the apartments. Please use only the designated outdoor areas. No Parties Parties, events and loud celebrations are not permitted in the apartment. Careful Use Please treat the furnishings and fittings with care and report any damage immediately. Cleanliness Please leave the flat in a tidy condition. Crockery should be washed and any major mess cleared away. Waste Separation Please sort your rubbish according to the bins provided and dispose of it regularly. Proper ventilation Ventilate the flat regularly – even during the winter months – by airing it thoroughly several times a day. This will help to prevent damp and mould.
